Beroepschauffeur blijven
Om beroepschauffeur te blijven moet u elke 5 jaar 5 nascholingscursussen volgen, ook wel 35 uur. Van de 5 cursussen moet minimaal 1 cursus een praktijktraining zijn.
Wijzigingen richtlijn vakbekwaamheid 2021
Sinds 1 januari 2021 is de richtlijn vakbekwaamheid gewijzigd. De belangrijkste wijzigingen zijn:
Variatie binnen de nascholing
Vanaf 1 januari 2021 wordt er een limiet gesteld aan hoe vaak een nascholingscursus
herhaald mag worden in een nascholingscyclus van 35 uur. Iedere beroepschauffeur mag in
een nascholingscyclus één cursus herhalen en de overige cursussen moeten uniek zijn. Een
cursus die meetelt voor meer dan 7 uur, mag niet worden herhaald binnen een
nascholingscyclus.
Voorbeeld 1: Een chauffeur volgt de ‘U03-1 Lading zekeren’ twee maal in een
nascholingscyclus. De drie overige cursussen moeten uniek zijn.
Voorbeeld 2: Een chauffeur volgt de ‘U16-2 Heftruck’. Deze cursus bestaat uit 2
nascholingsdagen die beide meetellen voor 7 uur. Deze cursus mag niet worden herhaald in
de nascholingscyclus.
Welke periode geldt er voor u?
Op uw rijbewijs staat in de laatste kolom code 95 met een einddatum. Voor die einddatum moet u de volledige 35 uur gevolgd hebben. Deze dient u dan bij te laten schrijven op uw rijbewijs.
